Customs, Duties and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
DAMAGES
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order is damaged or lost, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
RETURNS
Due to COVID 19 - We are not accepting any refunds at this time Cosmetics and Furs.
Unfortunately due to the nature of the products sold, we cannot issue any refunds or exchanges, once product has shipped. To insure hygiene standards, safety and quality, all of our products are packaged and sealed. We are unable to identify usage and cannot accept any returns.
